By accessing, registering on, or using the lotto7 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To access the full range of lotto7 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active lotto7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. lotto7 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• Know Your Customer (KYC): lotto7 is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documents requested for identity verification, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Ownership: Your lotto7 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• Account Approval: lotto7 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your lotto7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your lotto7 account and must not use the same password for other online services.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify lotto7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.
• lotto7 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• lotto7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

lotto7 accepts deposits through the following Philippine-approved payment methods only:

• GCash (recommended — fastest processing)
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, or Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. lotto7 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

lotto7 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. lotto7 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Verified Accounts Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw until verification is complete.
• Same Payment Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.

lotto7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. lotto7 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All games available on lotto7 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games on the platform:

• All slot games and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lotto7 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage

All content on the lotto7 platform — including but not limited to the lotto7 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of lotto7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lotto7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lotto7 platform without prior written consent from lotto7.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lotto7 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gaming activity on the platform, including losses due to game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or your own decisions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the lotto7 platform
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service, whether planned or unplanned
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the lotto7 platform

lotto7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lotto7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lotto7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the lotto7 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

lotto7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player in bad faith
• Provision of false or misleading information at any point
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

lotto7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lotto7 will provide notice to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the lotto7 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to lotto7's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to lotto7 support, and lotto7 will respond within five (5) Philippine business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through lotto7's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
